2005 Training and Reading

February 2005 - April 2005 (approximately)
Trained with Sensei Alex Kask at the UBC Classical Ju Jitsu dojo.
~ 18 classes @ 1.5 hours/class = ~27 hours of training.
Focus more on grappling. Very little, if any, self protection or stand-up.

April 2005 - December 2005
Solo training at a local gym.
2-3 times per week, 1-2 hours per session.
Focused on circuit training with skipping as the cardio component. Lots of medicine ball exercises.

Stopped training: Relocation to Calgary, AB
